How
does the E-Z Money site work?
The E-Z Money Program is set up so that you can
sell quality Compulabel brand labels to your customers over the
World Wide Web on a secured site. Orders must be placed online
using a credit card. Because there is no human interaction, E-Z
Money Label Web Site orders receive special pricing… freight
is included in the cost of the labels. Continental Datalabel provides
fantastic pricing and a SECURED site for e-commerce at no charge.
You simply select your web address, set up your pricing, tell your
customers about your new site, and sit back and collect your Internet
Profit checks.

Do I need to have someone design
this site for me?
No. The E-Z Money Web site is fully designed.
You are able to personalize the site by writing promotional copy
for the front page, picking from our stylish templates, or choosing
a picture from our photo gallery. Remember, you can change
this copy as often as you wish.

Does the E-Z Money Web Program
cost money?
No. There is no charge. This is one of the services
provided to Continental Datalabel customers in good standing – meaning,
customers that do not have outstanding balances beyond 30 days.
Accounts that have credit issues will not be eligible to receive
payment from E-Z Money web sales until credit issues are resolved.

I don’t have an account
with Continental Datalabel, how do I get one so I can participate
in the E-Z Money Label Web site Program?
You can fill out a credit application and tax
form. If you qualify, you will be set up with an account. Credit
applications and tax forms can be downloaded from this site or
you can call our E-Z Money Customer Service Representative at 888-947-2299 and
have one mailed, faxed, or emailed to you.

How do I sign up?
a) You must have an account with Continental
Datalabel and be in good standing – meaning, customers that
do not have outstanding balances beyond 30 days. (Accounts that
have credit issues will not be eligible to receive payment from
E-Z Money web sales until credit issues are resolved.)
b) Continental Datalabel’s “E-Z
Money Start Up Sheet” is available to download from this
site or through our E-Z Money Customer Service Representative
at 888-947-2299.
c) Choose Web Address (Example:
http://yourname.compulabel.com). Nine characters maximum. No punctuation,
only 0-9, A-Z, and Dash (-) are allowed. (More...).
d) Choose Desired Password – between
5 and 8 characters. No punctuation, only 0-9, A-Z, and Dash (-).
Examples: 12Label or Label4-U or 123E-Z.

will my site look like?

Site/Demo page.This site will show you what your customer
will see when they visit your E-Z Money Site. To see how you would
set up pricing and promotional copy, you can use the password
abc123 to login to the administration
page.

What will my Web address
be?
You will be able to request a personalized
address at the time you sign up. Your address will be in the http://YOURNAME.compulabel.com
format. There is a nine character maximum and no punctuation can
be used, only 0-9, A-Z, and Dash (-) are allowed. All E-Z Money
sites will be in this format.
Examples:
http://Labelsat.compulabel.com or http://123-Label.compulabel.com

Will I get the http://
address I request?
More than likely you will get the site you request.
Occasionally, the site requested will have already been taken.
We cannot accept names that have been registered or trademarked.
We ask that you put a second choice on the sign up sheet. Sites
are first come, first served and final determination is at Continental
Datalabel’s discretion.

What if I want to change
my site name?
Once we've set up your E-Z Money Web site we
can't change the site name (URL/Web address). Please review the
previous FAQs for information about choosing a site name.

How will I know when my
site is ready?
You will receive an e-mail from Compulabel
E-Commerce Services [ecom@compulabel.com] to the e-mail address
you list on your E-Z Money site letting you know that your site
has been set up. The e-mail will contain your Web site address
and your password. You will also be sent an E-Z Money Start-Up
Kit to get you started.

How long does it take to
get set up?
Assuming you have an account in good standing,
once we receive the completed sign up sheet, it will take approximately
1-2 business days to get your E-Z Money Site ready for you to personalize.

Can I link my existing Web
site to the E-Z Money site?
Yes. You can place a link to this site from
any of your existing Web site pages. Your Web designer should
know how to do this. If you're confused or you need help,
you can call our E-Z Money Rep. to help walk you through at 888-947-2299.

Can I make layout changes
to my site?
Yes, we have seven different layouts for you
to choose from and 17 different templates. In addition to
selecting your template, you have the ability to change your contact
information, adding a logo, promotional copy, and adding pictures
from our image library.

Can I use my logo?
Yes! Just email your logo to eztechsupport@compulabel.com.
Make sure to include your account number or site name in the email.
Maximum logo size is 300 x 75 pixels. Please submit logos as jpeg,
gif, pdf, or Photoshop files. We will be able to resize some logos
not in this format, but there is no guarantee that the logo will
appear “clean” on your site.

How do I update my company
information?
You can modify your display information from
your administration page by clicking on the “Modify Account
Information” icon. However, if your company changes locations,
you must also contact Continental Datalabel’s Accounting
Department at 800-947-8000.

Datalabel products available on the E-Z Money Web site?
No, it's a selection of quality Continental
Datalabel products. A list of all the products available
on your E-Z Money Web site can be found on your "Distributor's

Is freight
included?
Yes! We have included the cost for shipping
in the price of the labels; so you and your customer don’t
need to worry about freight charges. Items will be shipped UPS
Ground to the 48 contiguous states only.

How come "free shipping"
is advertised if freight is included in the price?
What we mean by "free shipping" is
that there is free shipping to the end-user. When your customer
checks out, they will not be charged any shipping costs.

Can my customer’s
labels be overnighted?
You can contact our Catalog dept. Regular
fees would apply. At this time UPS Ground is the only shipping
option with the E-Z Money Program. Remember, these orders can
ship from any of our five regional warehouses.

How does payment for the
labels work?
The site is secure and designed strictly for
credit card orders. You don’t need to worry about receivables
or payables. Your customers pay us directly for the labels, and
we cut you an “Internet Profit Check” based on your
specified markups.

No. The site is designed specifically for credit

pricing by calling customer service?
No. The special pricing which includes freight
is only offered to E-Z Money Web Site participants and is strictly

What
if my customer needs to return an item?
Continental Datalabel strives to provide the
highest quality products and services. In the event that your
customer is not satisfied with an item, Continental Datalabel
will credit the original credit card charged after product has
been returned and inspected. Call an E-Z Money Representative at

Will
I be notified when an order has been placed on my Web site?
Yes, distributors that have marked the "Yes"
box for receiving e-mail order confirmations (found in the Modify
Account Information section of their Administration area) will
receive a confirmation e-mail.

How soon will my customer's order be shipped?
Most orders received online will be shipped
within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Orders placed on
Friday after 3:00 pm Central time will ship the following Monday.
Orders received on or before a holiday will be shipped the next
business day.

drop shipped directly to them?
Yes. Continental Datalabel will drop ship directly
to your customer from one of our 5 regional locations. The packing
list will show the shipment coming from your E-Z Money Web site

How soon will my customer’s
order be shipped?
Most orders received online will be shipped
within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Most orders received after
3:00 p.m. Central time on Friday will shipped the following Monday.

Most Continental Datalabel products are available
over the E-Z Money Sites. Products that are not available through
E-Z Money, such as custom or imprinted labels, can be ordered through

Can I add special items
to my E-Z Money Site?
No, you cannot add special items to your site
at this time. The items available at this time are most of Continental
Datalabel’s stock catalog items. You have the power to specify
which items you would like shown on the site. If you want, you
can choose to display only a limited number of items on your site.
In addition, you can promote other products and services in the “Promotional
Copy” area of your site.

Can customers
search by other manufacturer's part numbers on my site?
No. The E-Z Money site does not cross-reference
other manufacturer's part numbers. Customers can search by Compulabel
part number or label size (in decimal form, not fractions). Customers
can go to http://www.compulabel.com?Page=CrossRef for a cross reference chart.

Since customers
can't search by other manufacturer's part numbers on my site,
can I put this information in my promotional copy?
Due to legal reasons, any references to other
manufacturer's products or part numbers can't be listed on the
E-Z Money Web site. Customers can go to http://www.compulabel.com?Page=CrossRef for a cross reference chart.

Can
I get printed labels?
These are available through Continental Datalabel,
but not through the E-Z Money Web Site. You would have to talk to
a customer service representative and place the order with them.
This means regular pricing, handling fees, freight charges and
standard payment terms would apply.

How do I set up pricing
for my customers?
To make price changes, you login via the "distributor
login" link at the bottom of your home page. Once you are
logged in, you click on the "Modify Product Markups"
icon and it will take you to a section that provides detailed
information on how to set your pricing. An online
demo is available to walk you through the process, or you
can ask your representative to send you a demo CD.

Do I have to
price all my label products the same?
No. You can choose different pricing for different
products. If you have a particular item you would like to be priced
higher than the other items offered, you can do that. The
minimum mark up allowed is 20%. Maximum mark up is 999%!
You can also specify a single markup for all items if you don’t
want to individually price your items.

How do I decide what to
price my items?
You can choose any price you like. Keep in mind
that you want to stay competitive.

What about taxes?
Tax will be charged for those orders that are
shipped to a state that Continental Datalabel has a facility. Those
five states are IL, GA, CA, TX and NJ. All of this is done automatically,
so you do not need to worry about any paperwork. Your customer
is charged for taxes – your Internet Profits are not affected
by sales tax.

What if my customer
is Tax Exempt?
Since tax is automatically applied to orders
that are being shipped to IL, GA, CA, TX, and NJ, Continental
Datalabel can't waive any tax charges for tax exempt organizations
in these states.

Profit Checks (Payment)
How do I get paid?
Once you reach $20 in Internet Profits and
have not requested a check for 30 days, a link will appear called
"request a check" on your Check Your Internet
Profits administration page. You simply click the link;
add your mailing info and an email is sent to Continental Datalabel
to send you a check.
Your Internet Profit total is displayed on
the left hand side of the same page. You can also check your Internet
Profits by individual order; simply click on the order number
from your administration page. Checks MUST be requested, otherwise
they will not be sent. We can send out a maximum of 1 check every
30 days, and the total amount has to be over $20.00. You can request
a check the day you hit $20.00, as long as it's been 30 days since
the last time you requested a check.

If I forget to request
my check, will it still be sent?
No. Internet Profit Checks must be requested
in order to be sent. It is beneficial for you to check your Internet
Profits from your administration page at least once every month.
E-Z Money Sites, including any unclaimed Internet Profit, that are
inactive for 2 years or more, will be terminated or reassigned
by Continental Datalabel.

How do I know if it’s
been 30 days since the last time I requested a check?
The number of days that have passed since the
last time you requested a check is listed on the right hand side
of your Check Your Internet Profits administration
page.

E-Z Money Site
Can I view my customer's
order information?
You may view the information for each order
placed through your site, but your use of that information is
bound by the terms of the site’s privacy policy located
in the Distributor Administration section at the bottom of the
page. Evidence of misuse of customer information (such as selling
e-mail addresses to spam e-mail lists, etc.) is a breach of the
site’s privacy policy and the distributor’s terms
of use for E-Z Money, and will result in forfeiture of the E-Z Money
Site and all commissions. This policy is to protect the privacy
of the consumer and a generally practiced business procedure for
web-based sites.

Does
Continental Datalabel offer something I can give my customers
to help me promote my new E-Z Money Site?
Yes. We will send you an “E-Z Money Start
Up Kit” which includes labels, flyers and business cards
with your new E-Z Money site printed on them. Additional Marketing
Flyers (Item DL-26) are available for you to purchase. You only
need to print your E-Z Money Web address on them. The flyer does
not have pricing and promotes the label items available for sale
on the site. The cost is $10.00 for 100 sheets. You can view our
DL-26 marketing flyer online, on the demo CD, or we can send you
samples if you would like to see them before you purchase.

How do I promote this new
site?
We suggest that you start putting your E-Z Money
address on all your product literature and advertisements. Include
it on your business cards. Tell your customers about it. Let them
know that they will get FREE shipping on each
order. You can also purchase our marketing flyer, the DL-26, which
includes the products available and has a spot for you to print
your E-Z Money Web Address. You may want to consider investing in
some of your own Internet advertising to help promote your new
site.
